I've rearranged the blanks so that you have plenty of spaces for future gigs, I think.
I've removed the map and calendar options so, although you'll see blank spaces for content below, you should ignore them - nothing you put there will show up on the live page.
You'll see that the events are no longer in numerical order. Don't worry about this - the numbers have nothing to do with the ordering of events on the live page. It is the physical ordering on this page that matters.
Some suggestions to make things easier to handle -
1. Use the 'Venue and date for your own reference' box. This allows you to see which blanks are in use and also allows you to see where to insert a new event to keep the date order correct.
2. I've left the More Info option - I suggest you use this for addresses, special ticket conditions, etc so that the three main bits of info can be kept consistent and simple above.
3. When you add a new event, it will be helpful to leave one or two blanks between it and the previous complete event in case more gigs come in to fill the gap. Let me know if you need the blanks shuffled around - it'll be easy now that I've edited the system.
Just start with ### plus a single space, type the text, put ** immediately before and after the text (bold) and SAVE ALL.
